It really is one of those places that once people hear about it, they get excited. Definitely recommend this childcare facility. If you're not sure, just take a look and see the difference. My child has been going to this daycare since he was 4 months old, and we are still here 1.5 years…read morelater. It's been a great experience for our family! -Staff are genuinely caring and kind. They all know our child's name, greet us, smile and wave when people come and go, etc. Management has always been really nice and diligent. We have found the staff to be very trustworthy and thoughtful. -The teachers use an app to provide regular updates and pictures throughout the day, which is great (ex: times of meals and diaper changes, nap lengths, fun activity/craft updates, etc.). -We like the structured format and rules that come with sending our kid to a bigger daycare/company. There are quality standards and rules in place that seem to help keep things running smoothly, and with kids, that's huge. -All meals and snacks are healthy and included in the costs, diapers are provided on site and included in the costs, etc. -For a modest additional fee, our child does yoga every week and loves it! Every few months there are fun new activities around holidays in the day, and sometimes after hours events like family picnics and movie nights. -The caregivers and rooms change by age (about every 9 months it seems), which seems pretty standard. But I like that my child has a cohort of other kids the same age who he moves along with to the different rooms over time, and I value the diversity of all the classes so far. -We really loved the infant classroom - the 2 lead teachers run a tight ship, and we always felt like our child was in great hands. As our kid has moved to the toddler stage/rooms, things change but he is equally happy and delighted by the staff, and well-adjusted. Why not 5 stars? -I do not love the middle toddler room space; it's cramped and stuffy. I hope they can find some ways to remedy that or cut back on the number of people in the room at once. Otherwise, the facility is generally comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. -There is some room/caregiver changeover, and that can be confusing. I think that's more to adjust based on capacity at drop-off vs. pick up times. Sometimes I have a hard time keeping up with some of the teacher names and faces though (they do have a nice board in the front lobby showing who everyone is). Other info: -If any incident happens (such as 1 toddler biting another), they report it to you, document it, and come up with an action plan for how to handle if it continues. We have found the staff to be very responsive to any concerns that have come up (note: this doesn't happen frequently though). -There are few and far decent day cares on the east side, but we think this is a good option. It's also close to a Walgreens, Target/Post shopping centers, and several pediatrician options, so there are a few things nearby if you need them. -Another review mentioned drama but that hasn't been my experience at all. Maybe it varies by age/classroom, or maybe things have changed under the new director?

Randy and Janet are like family to me. I still visit when possible. The kids do not watch TV all day. They get play time, educational activites such as practicing writing (I learned how to write here which prepared me for kindergarten), and craft time (painting, coloring, etc). They throw parties for the kids on holidays and treat the children here like their own. The whole potty training thing on the other review is a boldface lie. They absolutely allow the children to use toilet paper and they of course wipe the children at every diaper change (and of course use baby powder and diaper rash ointment if necessary). I don't know how a parent that is there for drop off and pickup would claim something like that. I've been there as the child - all day - I think I would know better. Also yes, sometimes kids cry. If a kid is crying because they had to go to time out or a baby/ toddler is crying when they've been put down for a nap (fed, burped, dry, and clean of course) they obviously aren't going to pander to the child because they don't want to sleep or sit in time out. I am dumbfounded by the other review. They always take the best care of the children. Not to mention I've seen the other bigger pre schools in the area. The classes are so large that the children can't learn, the main focus is on just keeping them occupied. This childcare provides an experience that is educational and keeps the kids comfortable (the home environment is a lot less scary than a bigger pre school). Just look to me as an example. I am a college student majoring in biotechnology, and I graduated high school with technical and academic honors. I still look back on my time spent here fondly, and I look forward to when I can see Randy and Janet again.

She does not usually lock the door and several times when picking up my child she was asleep in her chair while children ran around the downstairs. In the few months we had our child there, aside from the initial interview, we never saw her get out of her chair, not even when children were crying and screaming. She doesn't use baby wipes when changing pee diapers or allow the children to use tp when potty trained for #1. Please investigate fully before sending your child here, we were able to find stimulating childcare from a reliable lady that cares about our child for cheaper.

He didn't like that customers liked them and that they had fun while working! What a joke! They can't get anyone who wants to work for a meager wage and they fire good people who were doing it! The new manager, Beau, and his assistant are unprofessional and petty and have raised the prices AGAIN! You stay there and watch all the regular customers go elsewhere!
