3 of our children have attended Bright Ideas and I swear to you the staff here consists of some of the most talented, KIND, LOVING, Patient and CARING group of people that we have ever been around. They have impacted our lives and our childrens lives in ways that we can't even explain. Our children have moved on as we have moved to East Greenwich but to this day they still talk about Bright Ideas and all of the fond memories that they have there. As an educator myself with a Masters Degree in Education, I can honestly say Bright Ideas is THE BEST PRESCHOOL on the island! I toured every single option and decided this was where I wanted to place my child. As a military family, moving to a new area can be scary not knowing what the locals know. I feel so lucky to have found Bright Ideas. I can honestly say that BI has been one of the most positive things about living in the area! The children are actively involved in all sorts of amazing learning experiences. From their sensory bins to the songs they sing-to the art projects they make- everything is TOP NOTCH!! Every teacher is sweet, kind and PUTS THE CHILDREN FIRST!!! The art projects even the little ones (toddlers) do are so creative! Not just stickers or coloring pages! The directors mission statement is why I choose to look into Bright Ideas. She started the school as a mother looking for quality childcare for her own children. It's because she puts children first and sets an excellent example for her staff, often working along side them in the classrooms, that makes this place special. There is a reason why they are voted #1 childcare establishment in the area!! They throw holiday parties that involve every family! We absolutely loved their Halloween Bash which had games, dancing and art projects set up for the children to partake in. The teachers have been there for years because they love what they do! I can honestly say I have yet to write a review on any site about anything. I hope this review will save other parents the headache of debating over schools- THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BE!! I will miss this place and so will my daughter who is estatic to be dropped off and wants to stay when we pick her up! What more could you ask for as a parent!
