Needed an assessment done on a couple of pipes that, at one point, connected to a water softener…read morethat a previous owner of my house in their infinite wisdom actually put under ground. Of course it failed the first time it flooded; said previous owner just put in a braided pipe to bypass the water softener and just left the whole thing in the ground. After yanking out the entire apparatus (including a still hot electrical outlet) and noting what had been done, I called several plumbers, but Good Guys is the one that actually answered.
