Bright Future Learning Center is absolutely the best daycare and aftercare in all of Coral Springs! When my daughter was just 8 months old, I was incredibly nervous about leaving her at daycare. But Ms. Tita (the owner) and her amazing staff went above and beyond to put me at ease. Not only was my baby well taken care of, but she was truly loved and cherished every single day. Words can't express how grateful I am to have found this place. I love it so much that my little one--who started at 8 months--is now about to turn 9 years old, and she still attends Bright Future for aftercare. She adores all her teachers and Ms. Tita--if I pick her up too early, she even gets a little upset because she doesn't want to leave! She used to get picked on sometimes at her regular school, but at Bright Future, everyone feels like family. All the children are treated equally, with the same love and respect, and my daughter gets along wonderfully with every kid there. As a single mom, the feeling of complete safety and total trust when dropping off my child is priceless. I know she's in a nurturing, family-like environment where she's safe and happy. I've never felt more at peace with any childcare choice. This place is truly a blessing. I'm sharing this experience so other parents can make informed decisions about childcare safety. My family attended this center for over 4 years, so this review is not coming from someone unfamiliar with the school. We were part of the community for a long time, and we had always been very close with the daycare owner. She often made it feel like families were part of an extended family there, which is one of the reasons we stayed for so long. That is also why the way recent situations were handled has been especially disappointing and hurtful. Recently, my child was able to leave the playground by climbing over the perimeter fence and enter a neighboring property. What was most concerning is that staff did not notice this happening. According to what we were told, other children were actually the ones who alerted staff that my child had left the play area. By that point, my child had enough time to stack bricks near the fence, climb over it, and go play on equipment on the neighboring property. A child leaving the premises of a childcare facility is a serious safety issue. The playground is located near a road, and the situation could have ended very differently. Situations like this require constant supervision and a secure environment designed to prevent children from leaving the property. Unfortunately, this was not the only incident that raised concerns. On another occasion, when I was leaving with my four children, a two-year-old followed us out into the parking lot right next to the road. I asked nearby parents if the child belonged to them and they said no. Another parent ended up bringing the child back inside, and staff had not even realized the child had left the building. Again, this is a frightening situation because a child that young could easily wander into traffic. I also had concerns about classroom supervision. Children were frequently placed on tablets. I had specifically asked that one of my children not be given a tablet, yet it still happened multiple times. At one point my child even told me they had been watching "Chucky," which is clearly not appropriate content for young children. When I raised these concerns with the owner, I was disappointed that there was never an apology or acknowledgment of the seriousness of these issues. Instead, the response often seemed to shift the blame onto my children or deny that certain situations even occurred, which was incredibly frustrating. It made it feel like the focus was more on defending the situation than addressing the safety concerns being raised. This situation affected our family emotionally and financially because we had to quickly find new childcare after the suspension and termination. No parent expects to be put in that position after trusting a facility with their child's safety for years. I understand that no childcare center is perfect, but strong leadership means acknowledging when mistakes happen and making changes to ensure children are safe. Unfortunately, that accountability was not present in our experience. The way things were handled recently also made the environment feel far less supportive and caring than it had in the past. We ultimately decided to leave, and I'm grateful to say that since moving to our new school my children are thriving. I hope the center truly reflects on these incidents and improves supervision and safety practices. But I also believe parents deserve to be aware of situations like this when choosing childcare. When children are able to leave play areas unnoticed or wander into parking lots near roads, the risks are very real. My hope in sharing this is simply that no other child is placed in a situation where something far worse could happen. read more

I just love my Dr. Fonseca! she did both my extractions for my wisdom teeth and my fillings. she was very gentle and her staff knows what they're doing I wouldn't go anywhere else. all my kids come here and she remembers us everytime unlike others. my filling did come off the month after the procedure but then she took me in right away and fixed it completely with no charge, and my teeth feel even better. my entire family is coming to her.. I highly recommend her over any Dentist here in Broward ! read more

My child is 6 years old and has been attending Bright Future Learning Center since he was 18 months when we moved to FL. I have always had great experiences with the staff and felt that I was leaving my child in a great Learning environment. Any concerns I have had, were met with a fast response. While attending their VPK program, I had several meeting about his progress and was kept involved in his education. I have no words for that negative review that was posted because I have received nothing but love, help, care, and compassion from ALL of the staff here. I think the person that posted the negative review obviously had a negative attitude and needs an adjustment. You didn't get your way. Aww poor baby. They have a job to do. You want more hours for your child to be there than what the state pays? State pays for certain hours and if you want more time. YOU pay for it. You get what you dish out hunny. This school is the worst!!! I will never send another one of my kids here or recommend this school to anyone. The teachers are not caring and when you go to pick up your child or drop them off it takes a long time for any of them to notice you. The VPK classes are too big as a previous reviewer stated the teacher to student ratio is none existent. The director of the school is extremely rude. My daughter missed a day of school and she told me that I am messing up her record not my daughters record, but the director and that when my child isn't present she doesn't get paid from the early learning coalition program that gives your kids the voucher for VPK. The second day I dropped my child off 15 minutes early and the director stated she has to be dropped off at 9:00 am on the dot no earlier than that but in the sign in book there are parents dropping their kids off 20, 15, and 10 minutes before 9:00am. I finally decided to withdraw her from this school on her 3rd day and went looking for the director to inform her of my decision, and she was in the nursery watching the babies and told me she couldn't talk to me because she is busy and if what I needed was important. I told her that I wanted to know the process to withdraw my child from the school since it was going to be her last day. She asked me why I told her I was not happy with my experience there and instead of being informative and telling me what is required she proceed to have an attitude. She told me that my daughter was only there for a week and what was the point of sending her to the school because it was a waste of time, and then followed up by saying its fine that I withdraw her because they have a wait list anyway basically insinuating that she could care less if my child went to her school or not. I have never been more appalled in my life at the blatant disrespect that I received. She seemed as if she was all about the money and she could care less about the education and children's well-being. read more
