Or, if you're ordering wood, doing business as Liberty Firewood (bizapedia.com/ny/liberty...). All businesses owned by the infamous "Joe McNulty". If you have a good reputation you use one brand, treat customers fairly and protect your name. If you don't, you proliferate under multiple brands to fool the consumer. What do these businesses have in common? They all have consistently bad customer reviews! The bottom line is poor service and a supremely nasty owner. Beware before you use this guy. He treats his customers atrociously. I was a customer and he let me run out of fuel over the holidays when I was on automatic service. When I called to complain he berated me and though oil got delivered, he refused to send a technician when the oil burner wouldn't restart. I've asked around his reputation precedes him. Horrible service and horrendous attitude. I was on automatic service and they let me run out of fuel during the holidays. I called for oil and they delivered the fuel and said I was good to go but they didn't make sure the burner was actually running again. When I came home that night to an even colder house I called again to get help and I actually got the owner. He couldn't have been nastier. I couldn't believe I was actually paying to be treated like that! And all because they let me run out of fuel. read more
