I should have Known when they asked if I had a budget and wanted to know the dollar amount there was a reason to be suspicious. The tech insisted I give her an amout. So I said my budget was $200. At the end of the Visit I paid $196. I was charged for 8 fenben but only received 5. I was told my six week old puppy who was very active and had 1 bout of vomiting (which the vet said was normal for pups), who tested Negative for parvo and fecal Parasites still needed to have $100 worth of peptogard, parina K9 probiotics, Imuquin, their inhouse made pumpkin pie...i guess they saw me coming a concerned pet owner and a baby pup. So i called a couple of vets and checked with my regular vet. They were astonished and disgusted that someone in their profession would do this and informed me that those medications were not necessary.. today for only $45 at my regular vet i got the pup wellness check, required shots and fist time puppy goodie bag... dont let the friendly Courteous staff at this office full you they are only nice so they can stick it to your wallet

Amanda is very kind . The other place told me it's the law that an office visit of 39.00 for the exam just to get a rabies shot separate charge, which was B.S. A vet must give the vaccination and no extra exam is needed. Alamosa the Dr came in ,gave my puppy the shot and I just paid for the shot, no exam needed. On her last seizure she had we called the clinic at 3pm and they squeezed her into a last second appointment for some bloodwork and to make sure she was behaving okay because I was terrified for her and put her on her first med combo that had worked for her. Fantastic customer service. When she was brought in, the first provider that we had seen a few weeks before for a new pet appointment remembered her and said that when she heard the news she was hoping it wasn't our baby girl. So incredibly impressed by their professionalism and their care about the animals they see! Also they were very upfront with price when I was asking through the process and helping make sure I understood why my dog needed tests and very comforting. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Ive gone here since my puppies were just a month old and even though theyve been helpful when they…read morewere puppies now that theyre a year and bigger i feel they hear the husky talk and automaticlly decide to muzzle them. i understand barking but it freaks the dogs out even more and have no history of bitting anyone. More over today took three dogs there for annual shots and it took 2.5 half hours to finish the visit. 30 minutes were actually in the vet the other 2 was waiting to get seen and waiting for the bill which after being billed was told they dont take care credit due to not having a specific mechine. no where in the building or online does it say they dont take care credit. I even made sure before hand with looking at the care credit locator to make sure they took it, to be surprised that they dont and wont even use the card numbers once it was time to pay. Inconclusion doctors have always been nice and great but they dont take care credit and wont mention that till you need to pay, have long wait and, have a rushed atmosphere. Granted the nurse did tell me shes tried to talk to corporate about it but no response but even so i think it should have been mentioned or at least brought up when looking to be seen.

I emailed the clinic about my concerns and haven't heard back. I was also given a dose of bravecto that may have been expired or no good because it did not prevent fleas on my cat, and it should have been good for 3 months.
