He sent me photos, pricing and options for when. Not only that BUT he delivered it to me and picked it up! He supplied the gas and oil needed along with a reliable tool/equipment that was ready to go. When he got to my house he showed me how to use it and went above and beyond with providing me with suggestions on how to kill the tree stump that would be left.
