The Bridgestreet House is a quaint place to stay while visiting the Lambertville/New Hope area. What makes this Inn unique is that it is also an art gallery. The artist's art is displayed throughout the first floor and even in the rooms upstairs. Carol, who manages the Inn is just a doll. She is very personable and happy to help you anyway you need. She was quick to recommend places for us to each brunch, grab a taxi and give us the history of the house. There is a Keurig set up with mugs and to go cups, chocolates and fresh fruit. As my friends and I were hanging in the lounge she even brought us some biscotti. Carol knew that we were going to a wedding and left us late night snacks for when we returned. The house itself is old but completely refurbished and modernized. I stayed in room #3 with a friend while in town for a wedding. This room has a king bed and of to the side a bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The entire house was immaculately clean. The room decor is modern yet warm. There is no television in the room. This didn't bother me but it could be an issue for some people. I believe some of the rooms have a tv. Location, location, location! The Bridgestreet House is located on Bridge Street (duh..) and Main Street. You are walking distance to everything that Lambertville and New Hope has to offer. Parking for the hosue is free but about 2 blocks away.

We had a fabulous time at the Bridge Street house. Carol Ann was so accommodating and thorough, we felt right at home. When we travel back to Lambertville, we will be staying here. We reserved the room downstairs with the kitchen and the king size bed and we were able to walk right outside to the most beautiful Terrace. We enjoyed cocktails and coffee on this terrace. We were able to walk throughout the town and come back when we needed a rest because it was close enough and very centrally located. It was truly a wonderful experience and we will be back! The room was clean and neat and had everything we needed. The kitchen was a bonus, we were able to store things in the refrigerator and make coffee in the morning. We highly recommend the bridge street house. Carol Ann showed us the other rooms at the house which were all equally beautiful and clean.

Very nice BnB located in Lambertville. Group of friends stayed while visiting the town. Rooms were very nice and very affordable compared to elsewhere! Staff friendly. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon last week and it was magical. I can't say enough about small downtown charm. I found this spot on Airbnb and fell in love with the pictures so we booked it! Let me just say the hostess Carol Ann is amazing! She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Not only are the rooms cozy, clean, and charming but the amenities are wonderful! You wake every morning to fresh coffee, flowers, and snacks (really tasty ones I might add). And to top it all off you get free parking and a small yet delightful art gallery in the front of the house and you're also right on the Main Street! The location is to die for. It's perfection. We will be staying here again very soon!

Quiet enjoyable to sit on the patio with refreshing cocktail and cheese plate. Service is fine, but not remarkable. A little over priced.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Aaron Burr House Bed and Breakfast. The location is an ideally situated property just steps from all of the action and epitomizes what one imagines as a quintessential north eastern B&B. This historic home is impeccably maintained and appointed and indulges guests with cozy, warm and inviting spaces. We stayed in the beautiful Schuyler room which offered a super comfortable 4-post bed, gorgeous antique furniture, a fireplace, a sweet little seating nook next to the bay windows with views of the quaint neighborhood and a door to the outside that would be perfect for guests accompanied by a pet. The stay comes with daily breakfast, at 9AM, which is served in the communal dining area. The meals are expertly prepared by Ricardo Gonzalez, the innkeeper, and are truly a beautiful way to start the day. Ricardo is not serving up your average fare. We were treated to a delicious oatmeal bar with a variety of delectable toppings, gorgeous banana bread french toast with fresh whip and berries, spinach quiche, sausage, poached apples with warm, silky caramel, luscious fruit options and even a homemade yogurt with layers of granola and honey. All homemade and every bite better than the last! Ricardo is much more than a typical innkeeper, he embodies the warmth and grace that you immediately feel upon entering the inn. We were spoiled with a bit of a tour of this landmark site and intrigued by his stories about local history, the amazing decor/antiques, his background and he even offered some great tips for activities and shops to visit in the area. He made this experience so much more special in every way! If you are looking for a fun and unique weekend getaway destination, whether it be with friends, couples, a family or even alone, I HIGHLY recommend the Aaron Burr Bed & Breakfast in New Hope!! A very quick and easy commute from the city that packs all of the "vacation feel" one would need to recharge!

I was visiting a friend, but got to see the experience in detail. There is 1 parking per room immediately adjacent to the building. Entry is from a front patio which is extremely homey, mostly as it is literally a private home turned B&B. There is a small kitchen area on the first floor and a very well appointed waiting room adjacent. The beauty of the canal path is visible clearly from the slightly larger than normal windows which wrap the house. The small patio area out back is a floor below and very pleasant and quiet, mosquitoes aside. The guest rooms are upstairs, there seem to be 5 in total, each appointed clearly differently. Note the website photos for each room aren't very clear, but they're good rooms. My friend's room was very comfortable with strong air conditioning, everything desired supplied in the bathroom, and a very high and plump bed with lots of bedding. Soundproofing might be the only downside, but not a big issue given guests here tend to be considerate. The manager is very accessible via messaging and highly responsive, notably to the front door entry for guests visiting staying guests. Location is mere minutes' walk either along canal trail or roadside, noting there is a lack of sidewalk for a few dozen meters between guest house and the main Main Street commercial area thus a short hop thru some easy grass.

For people under a certain age, they probably don't remember when hotels and/or motels were basically ALL like this. This place has exterior entrances to your rooms and it is three levels & in the middle there is a pool and courtyard. Because I have stayed here several times back when it was a Rodeway Inn and also a Clarion Suites I actually think they have been slowly doing a lot of decent renovations on this property now that it's become the New Hope Inn & Suites. So to qualify, this is probably rated as a 2 star hotel, so don't expect it to be the Ritz Carlton or even the Fairfield Inn & Suites. And yes, on weekends, during events & in Summer peak the prices are more than I'd typically pay for this type of hotel ($225), but it's still much cheaper than the boutique hotels in New Hope ($450). Our room I could tell had newer carpeting, and I could tell that the walls were recently repainted. Yes, there aren't a lot of channels on the TV and you can't stream and all that stuff but I'm not there to watch TV. The bathroom is tiny, but the shower was fine. It was quiet during our 3 night stay. They did significant renovation to the lobby area and they actually have a grab and go convenience store for snacks & drinks and they also let you have free bottles of water each day for your room. Our room was clean. The rooms have a fridge & microwave. We had no complaints about the comfort of our bed or the comfort of the pillows. Yes, it is an old air conditioning system so it does make noise, but it cooled the room fine considering this was July and very hot. The pool upgrade was impressive & they have a pool bar now too.
