Typically, I would say nothing when I do not have anything good to say. However, when it comes to…read moremedical and dental offices, it is important to make sure people know what to expect. I felt like the staff is not interested in working with patients. I have requested to send medications to a particular location. I was told that Aspen does not have electronic connection with that pharmacy. Well, there is a fax, phone, the prescription can be printed and signed. Apparently, the secretary was not aware of other methods of communication. She also tried to sell me much more than I needed, stating that the product comes in a set of four?! I needed a guard for the lower teeth and in my previous experience it was always molded individually. The x-ray technician was another story. All parts that were supposed to go into my mouth were spread on top of the end table. No tray, paper towel. Maybe the surface was sanitized between patients, but it didn't look like it. On top of that the tech has dropped a piece on the floor. It may not be a big deal, but imagine a surgeon dropping scalpel on the floor, picking it up and continue with the surgery. Help me, Lord! there were a couple more hick ups, but even what I have described should shape your image of the place. JUST DO NOT GO THERE!
