The management is unprofessional at Encore, and if I had it to do over, I would gladly have given my items away and received a tax deduction instead of trying to repeatedly collect a small check due to me. I was told that a check could not be mailed, (after I moved) even though I told Daphne I would be moving. I was told the check had to be greater than 50.00 to be mailed, than 25.00 ...the phone is rarely answered during business hours, and although Daphne promises to call back by the end of that business day, my phone never rang by the end of any business day- calls are not returned. This photo is the only paperwork given, and only because I requested information on consigning. There is NO paperwork given when you drop off clothing- nothing entered into a computer. I had two appointments booked- to drop off clothing - in both instances, when I arrived, Patty was surprised, could not confirm my appointment. There is no communication whatsoever about how and when payment is made when your items sell. Do yourself a favor, the stress of consigning here is not worth it, donate your items down the block at Heavens Attic. My only affiliation to Heavens Attic is that of a shopper. They've got great deals too!

Great place…read more Only complaint I have is - there's a lady that never greets me when I enter the store, she just looks at me and it makes me a little bit uncomfortable- and then someone will walk in right after me and I hear "welcome in"! One time would be understandable maybe she was distracted but she has never greeted me. I may ask her why one of these days. She's friendly when I'm checking out but IDK why she just ignores me when I walk in. Ha
