Had a terrible experience with Katrina and Bridgehampton Stone. This company takes no accountability when they fabricate the wrong and then fabricate the wrong size. Which is what happened to told me I can take the as is and they wouldn't charge me anything additional and they refuse to install it they deliver it so basically they took their profit from cutting the wrong and making it the wrong size. Bridgehampton Stone has the worst customer service on the East End. Placed an order 5 months ago, No countertops yet! When you call you get a woman who tells you that it should be ready in a month (post covad19 shutdown), then tells you another month, then a few weeks. Call numerous times asking for a date, no response and then they refuse to refund. read more
