We truly cannot say enough great things about Dave and Samantha from Light Up Video. From start to finish, their professionalism, creativity, and genuine passion for their work blew us away. From our very first interaction, they were responsive, kind, and full of positive energy. They created a custom quote tailored to our unique event, which was not only more flexible than what others were offering, but also extremely reasonable. Their response time is quick and they're very transparent when it comes to pricing, timeline and what's achievable. Even though they're based in LA, they traveled to San Diego to capture our day and didn't balk at the initial reach out. That level of professionalism, attentiveness, and accommodation really set them apart from the many vendors we explored during the hiring process. Dave and Samantha brought a can-do attitude and sharp creative perspective that made the entire experience feel collaborative and exciting. They listened to our vision, offered thoughtful suggestions without ever pushing an agenda, and elevated the final product far beyond what we imagined. Samantha handled all the logistics and drone work with grace and precision, and Dave captured our elopement with an artist's eye. From planning through final delivery and everywhere in between, every detail was handled with care. Their punctuality and professionalism made everything feel seamless on a day of such high importance to us. We are BEYOND THRILLED with the final video. It's something we'll cherish for the rest of our lives, and we feel so lucky that it was Light Up Video who told our story. From the beginning, Emil was professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. On our wedding day, he did a wonderful job capturing not only the important moments, but also so many candid shots of our family and friends genuinely enjoying themselves. Looking through the finished gallery and seeing how happy everyone looked brought back so many great memories from the day. We also really appreciated how accommodating Emil was with the specific photos and ideas we wanted to capture, while still using his own experience and creativity throughout the day. We ended up with so many beautiful photos that we'll be able to look back on for years to come. I genuinely mean it when I say I would plan an event around his availability just to make sure he's the one there capturing it. My wedding morning started off as an absolute mess, and somehow Jay helped turn what could have been such a stressful day into one of the most beautiful and memorable nights of my life. He went so far beyond being our photographer. When something went wrong, he stepped in to help. When certain photos earlier in the day didn't turn out the way we had dreamed, he made sure we still got the pictures we had envisioned. He paid attention to every little detail and somehow always knew exactly what needed to be done without us even having to ask. The patience Jay and his entire team had with us was unbelievable. I truly cannot thank them enough. But what made this experience so special was that it became about so much more than photography. Jay's personality, his heart, and the energy he brings with him are incredibly rare. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people in front of his camera and about making their day as special as possible. I would never consider another photographer after this experience. And coming from a client, I can confidently say Jay should be charging even more than he does, because the experience he gives you is worth every single penny and so much more. Jay, thank you for not only capturing one of the most important days of our lives, but for becoming such an unforgettable part of it.

I have heard of White Rose for many years prior to planning my wedding but Alex was formally introduced to us by our planner, Elegant Events. Before we even got started, he was so quick to respond to emails, hop on a call with me, and answered all of my 1000 questions. Leading up to our wedding I would stalk their social media pages, dreaming of how our wedding day would turn out. The day of my wedding Alex and his team showed up and went above and beyond my expectations. They worked so collaboratively with my photographer and the rest of my vendors. So seamless. So professional. So creative. So fun!!! Your wedding day is so special (and very exhausting by the end of it) so having a good team of people makes the world of a difference. From the creative ideas to the guidance with poses, I was happy, having fun, and at ease the entire day. The day goes by so quickly and I was so excited to get my content, since photos and videos are the only things that live on. We went with the best package they had available (and even added more time at the end) because it was THAT good. The White Rose team turned around our content soooooo quickly and did the most amazing job- I still cry every time I watch our video. They were able to get me my 2 hour film before the holidays and the whole family got to enjoy it and relive it on Christmas.
