We called Simon and he rushed over at 6:00 PM with his plumber. They immediately determined the problem and took the necessary steps to have it corrected. The next day he returned with his crew and installed a new water heater as the old one was caked inside with Calcium rendering it useless. Simon has a sense of urgency not common in the European genre. Not only does he respond quickly. He does it professionally and at a very fair price. If you have a place in Paris, you need Simon on speed dial.
