I have never been to this location and then Jean treated me so terribly when I went in to deposit money into my account, then she was so rude turned her back to me, but treated two (2) male customers like they were great?? Then the teller, I believe her name is Courtney, just kept killing time talking to another customer about limbs being cut on trees and then when she finally stopped and half heartedly waved me over to help me DEPOSIT money only, no hi, did not look at me, super unfriendly to me and handed me my receipt and that was it, WOW!? So, it gets worse, I went to my car and called the bank manager/Ron, smh, how overly sensitive and useless he was, I was trying to tell him how rude Jean and he being super "sensitive" could not handle my being upset decided to hang up on me, and he leads that bank... ick! I did not like being treated this way as a long standing customer and contacted a Senior VP, Kelly Tyler, she has definitely lost the human factor dealing with people, but she can give you the HR line of .... you can take your money to a place you will be happier?? I asked for her boss, Derek Poole, Regional Executive of SC, this happened on 7.31.2020, I called he finally called me back and said he would get back to me beginning of the week, I had to call him 2x on Tuesday, 8.4.2020 and he had other things to handle and stated he would call me back on 8.5.2020 after 4pm, EST. He did call me and at first seemed very understanding of how I was so poorly treated, but in the end after so much time and talking to his rude staff decided all the resolution he could offer me was his "apology." I asked for the rude people to apologize to me not him, he did nothing to me. He wasn't "man" enough, or "executive" enough to handle the problems either and said, but he wanted to continue to do business with me, really???? Why would I want to stay with a bank that the employees act this way toward me, I am sure I am NOT an isolated incident, but it shows when the leader can't do a simple request of an apology by his staff, then it goes completely down hill from there. Derek was very willing to get my money to close my account, he was more than willing to make sure to do that, but to give him a few days due to the $$ amount that I have. BAD employees, due to a weak executive.. what a shame... be careful with this location... I don't want anyone else to experience the horror of this, I hope whomever is completely in charge reaches out to me, but we will see... save yourself the aggravation... this place is not worth it to me...

Handicapped parking is conveniently located by the front door and there is plenty of parking in their lot. I have used their banking, online banking and credit card service and I feel they are top notch. I bank with this branch and am very pleased doing so.
