His behavior was unacceptable, and because of this experience we are now looking to move all of our policies away from Farm Bureau.

It is more expensive but will save you time and money in the event you need it. Farm Bureau was always the best company we did business with. But I stayed with my half price insurance. I was hit by a driver with no insurance and my cheap insurance company took months to pay my claim and I ended up about $4,000 short of what I deserved. I switched to Farm Bureau and have happily been there for almost 10 years. Don't try to save a few bucks a month to lose thousands when it matters.
