I started to see Dr. Ross after a procedure went horribly wrong and left me with a great deal of scare tissue in my abdomen. Before seeing Dr. Ross I had been to 12 practitioners without relief from hip/low back pain and sciatica (since 2010). I am 79 years old and have a complex back condition (including scoliosis). Dr. Ross has helped me so much! Three years ago I was in a bad car accident. I receive treatment right away of course but wasn't diagnosed properly. Brian is a miracle worker. After giving birth I've just suffered through all the post partum aches and pains. Recently I had a bad case of stiff neck from breast feeding and falling asleep in the rocking chair. One adjustment and I feel brand new. He is THE BEST! I had been to three other chiropractors after a major car accident back in 1982. NOT ONE of them has helped me as much as Dr. Brian Ross. He is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE about the nervous system, the spine and how connected it is to every other part of the human body. The first visit he sent me out for x-rays because he already knew just looking at me what was wrong. I brought them back on the second visit and he went over them with me in great detail, explaining what I was seeing, what was wrong, using a plastic model of the human spine to describe how my posture was and should be for optimal health. It was frightening how bad the osteoarthritis appeared in the x-rays, but he assured me it was all REVERSABLE and that if I followed his detailed plan of care I could heal. My neck is also badly off center, bent at a fairly sharp angle and once we started neck traction, I began to see profound changes and results. When I go to the movies now and sit in those luxury recliner chairs, I can actually get up and walk out on my own with no problem. Two months ago I had to lean HEAVILY on my husband and hobble out like a cripple in severe pain. Now no one looking at me would think I was that bad off so short a time ago. He has kept my lower back stable, allowing me to continue working as a caregiver and website designer, which is so very important to the financial stability of our household. I met this passionate Chiropractor at an open house that I held for a house that I was selling. I learned his story of how he became a chiropractor, and I knew that one day I would want to be his patient. I kept his card that I received in July. His office is located over 50 miles from my home. The following January I knew that I would be passing his office on my way to a funeral, so I was able to schedule an appointment to confirm what I already knew about him. I have been to at least 50 chiropractors in my lifetime, but none like this. I feel that I have been wasting my time and money. I have not ever felt better long term after other treatment plans. Dr. Ross asked me to have 9 X-Rays done at the place of my choice, and he did not lay his hands on me until he completely explained and showed me what was wrong. He provided me with a treatment plan that would last 6 months with twice a week visits. I knew I could trust him, and I was actually hopeful for once in my life.
