If a payment plan is needed, they will work one out that fits your budget. They also directly submit claims to most insurance companies so reimbursement (if applicable) is quick. Dr Kyle explained to us our options for braces and answered all our questions. The hygienists are very good at what they do, taking the time to explain every step of the way. The rewards card program is an added bonus that is encouraging for kids and teens. I'd highly recommend this orthodontist office!

It's a two hour drive for us to get there, so there's no way we could make it. This was after several texts from them over the previous few days reminding us of our scheduled appointment time. When I asked for an explanation, they simply said "scheduling issues", then hung up on me. I called back, and they hung up on me again, but not before stating that they'd done my wife a favour taking her on as a patient in the first place.
