I called the next day and was told they contacted the lab and they were backed up. They supposedly remade my lenses and would let me know when they came in. After about a week I was told to come get my glasses and turns out, they never even sent the lenses off at all. These are the same glasses, bifocal in the same place and I can't even use them at all.
