I was incorrect. Instead, for the most ignorant reasons possible, the staff in charge chose to send hundreds of people attending the concert a mile east set in off-site parking from which they needed to walk another mile or so west in tangled choke points and check points that had no prior warning of what people were going to be going through. I watched more than one set of people have to turn around and walk another mile back to their car to put whatever "disallowed" item back in their car, after they were refused entry because they had this, that or the other in their bag. They barely let me through with a tripod that I'd planned on setting my camera up on to record the performance, but they let me through with the caveat, "OK.. you can go through; but, you're not allowed to use your tripod ". After I went to the casino to spend some money on the tables, some Haitian POS named Mikayla told me that he was going to kick me out because I was being disruptive with how I had moved a table around. I simply had shifted the position of the table so that I was facing theain stage with it. He felt and he stated that someone had complained about me. I went to the front desk to complain about him and how he was targeting me. They asked me his name and I didn't know.. so I went back in to find him and ask what his name was. When I found him, he was flanked by two police officers. He'd already decided to escalate things and kick me out of the casino. I hope he finds his way back to Haiti soon.

The thing I like about the OTB is that it's quiet, no jerk-offs shooting their mouths off. Focus on your betting. If you hear a cracker Southern accent it is someone who knows more about horses than you will learn in a lifetime. And it's not all old men hanging around, it's 40% women and most are smokin and any woman who loves horses and a shot of Bourbon makes my day at the races Once you leave the plush-ass club-house area it's a real racing track, with the old-time tote boards and everything. As one of my gals said to me: "This reminds me of Fair Grounds in New Orleans." Damn straight.

I asked for an accessible room thinking it would be better and none was available on a Monday night believe it or not! The bathroom sink was clogged and there is no water pressure to have a decent shower. The food in the Kasu Cafe is pretty good and the staff is all really nice. The buffet is only open Thursday night so your food choices are pretty limited. Their giveaways are kind of a joke and the payout is not very good out of the machines.
