This review is not for the Tucker location -- only the Camp Creek location. Yelp didn't list that…read moreaddress, so I'm posting here. The Camp Creek office had three women assisting Realtors with closings. Sherynda, the attorney, is AMAZING -- professional, kind, and truly a pleasure to work with. Monica is also AMAZING -- welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with Victori, one of the closers, was very disappointing. She was rude, spoke extremely fast when asked questions, and seemed irritated by having to assist, even with simple things like walking to the printer. What bothered me most was that she spoke unprofessionally and negatively about another agent with her door open, including saying the agent's name -- while that agent was still in the waiting area. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary, especially in a setting where closings are already stressful. I really like this location overall, but that experience threw me off. I wouldn't recommend this office to new agents or anyone who may have to work with Victori. Making clients or agents feel uncomfortable during a closing is not okay.

Be careful if these are the attorneys of someone you are dealing with. They have dishonest, lying…read moreclients. We went to close on a deal and their clients told us 1 1/2 - 2 hrs before closing that the money they were providing for our purchase/ rehab deal is to be reimbursed after we spend our own money. We had asked multiple times about when , how much, and how fast we can get the money for the rehab and everytime they said we can get it fast and as much as you want from it but never once did anybody say you have to spend your money first then we reimburse you until right before closing. We lost $7,500 of our deposit because their attorney Carlton said we signed the contract. When asked about the definition of funding and reimbursing being 2 totally different meanings he agreed but still believes his clients are entitled to my deposit money even though they lied to me from the beginning. Their clients (Easy Street Capital and New Western Reality) sold this deal to us under the false presumption that they would be funding our rehab not reimbursing our money that we spend. If we would have closed on that deal their clients would have put us in a financial bind that we did not need and would not be ready for, just because they couldn't be honest from the get go. Even on the contract the money for the purchase and rehab is stated as funding. But for some reason on the rehab part I have to spend my money first, makes absolutely no sense. I am still having a hard time understanding how they can think that contract would be valid and legal since their client was lying/ decieving from the beginning. These are shady attorneys with shady clients that are more concerned about putting money in their pockets than having any decent morals. I would ask for another attorney to be involved if you see these peoples names come up with anything you are dealing with, or even double check their client of theirs you're dealing with because you might be getting shafted.

It was not long after Alex Simanovsky & Associates took our cases that we were notified that the manufacture would indeed be buying back the vehicle after all. My advice is keep all of your paperwork when your car goes into the shop. Alex Simanovsky and associates were extremely professional and the case progressed quickly. Thank you for getting us out of this lemon!

Before i contacted them, i found some negative reviews, but anyway i gave his firm a chance, they said they only take cases they know they can win, i only had my brand new GM truck for less than 1 year and it spent over 2 months combined at the shop, i had every single document from the dealership with highlighted dates, pictures, videos, details, i sent everything, it couldn't been easier for this law firm, i thought, easy case for them, they reviewed my case and said they were going to help me and GM had to pay their fees win or lose, i was happy. BIG MISTAKE. with the holidays and everything my case took over 90 days. In the beginning the communication was good between them and i, at the end of the "90 day limit"the lawyer that was helping me MISS AMAYA, disappeared, no answering my emails, phone calls or text messages, several days later i finally got an email from ALEX SIMANOVSKI saying something like, there in nothing we can do to help you with this case it will be more expensive to keep fighting VS compensation from GM, i will post pics of the email if you want to read it. I asked him for a DENIAL LETTER FROM GM because i wanted to confirm and keep it for my records, never got a response. I have so many questions like, DID GM OFFERED THEM SOME KIND OF DEAL TO CLOSE THE CASE? DID GM PAID A COMPENSATION BUT I NEVER SAW A DIME? THEY SAID THEY ONLY TAKE CASES THEY CAN WIN, MINE WAS EASY BUT THEY STILL COULDN'T DO ANYTHING? DID I GET SCAMMED? Those are questions i will never get the answers to.
