Worked with BR, and totally agree with the previous reviewer!…read more BR's trick for quick sale is to brainwash the seller to underprice their property at the first place and then gang up with the other realtor to compromise the seller's interest (You can't control the market, you can't control the buyers, but it's easier to work on the seller - and BR is smart to know this). But the seller probably won't realize it, because BR is such a smooth operator and always keeps things in the black box....Don't count on him to protect you -- getting your property sold quick for dirt cheap so he can get $$$ is all he cares about. Don't get fooled by the "professionalism": impressive awards & rankings, statistics & sales numbers, polished website & brochures, etc...As long as the realtor has adequate knowledge to help you price it right, that's good enough. #1 thing you should look for in hiring a realtor is INTEGRITY. She tried to tack on so many hidden fees into the contract (which were not adding up!) and kept begging us for more time without providing any reasonable compromises. Such a waste of time. If you see a unit by her, that is listed as cheaper than the others, just know that she will make back the difference in the fine print of the contract. Save yourself some time and stress in the home hunting process and find a more professional realtor to purchase a property from.
