Also, he's not a trial attorney so if your case does need to go to trial you will need to get yourself another lawyer. What a waste! Don't expect to hear back about your case until it's time to go to court. Don't send your loved ones here. You're better off with a public defender. Unfortunately it seems like he's overwhelmed with cases. So he can't focus on each case as he should.
