we had our kitchen cabinets painted by brennan contracting. EX_JOB!!! had a couple of glitches and they came right back, and took care of it! Scott,Will and Kevin are men of their word! They take pride in their work and their company. I have been in business for 23 years and also have a 5-star reputation. I know personally how important that is. That being said I give you my word, you will be happy with their workmanship! I finally found a contracting company that treats me as good as i treat my clients!! thank you again guys!!!. addition to blisters, this is the current paint job days later. It's completely uneven and unacceptable and all I've gotten is excuses and no solution being offered at this point. I've been keeping the owner updated throughout the process and asking him to come out himself and look at the paint job. I have yet to see him and as of last week he is trying to suggest this is a pre existing condition. read more

Way overcharged for time spent on the job. Poor estimator. Trusted him; my mistake. Had to call them back a few times to complete the job satisfactorily. read more

Office Manager, Karen, is a gem! They have a Crew Leader, Chris, who will go above and beyond to take care of clients. However, Craig Brennan, the owner, has ZERO clue about Customer Service or how to run a business. He has the worst attitude, and literally stated that he was "agitated" with me due to HIS company's failure to complete their work. Unfortunately for great employees like Karen and Chris, they work for an unprofessional and thoroughly incompetent individual--Craig! read more

Beware. Multiple delays, inconsistent communication, deceptive practices, poor quality, negligent services levels. The owner has no integrity and fails to take responsibility for the problems we have encountered. He continues to make excuses and blames others. He could have handled this differently and prevented this review. In a service industry you have to check your ego at the door. 1) job expected to start 1.20.2020, at Brennan's request and be completed 1.22.2020. After 3pm on Friday 1.17.2020 receive call they can't start. I called owner and advised he had to start as our schedules were adjusted to accommodate his desired start date. It's now 1.29.2020 and job isn't completed. 2) we aren't told the truth. The story keeps changing for the delays, equipment, materials, weather. Was emailed today at 12:05 and said can't install tomorrow Due to paint not arriving, but couldn't provide order information or tracking after Craig said he had it overnighted. When I threatened to file a complaint with the police, the paint miraculously arrived at 11:45 am. Numerous inconsisteNcies in Craig's stories. 3). Never disclosed to us that going from dark tO light cabinets would show the gap from top of cabinets to bottom of soffit. Craig said that's common, but failed to tell us before the job started or disclose in the estimate. I felt deceived as i never would have selected this refinish option. He "thanked mE for educating him that he should disclose that information and said he will do it going forward". But it was too late for us. 4). Kitchen wall paint ripped off down to dry wall, over spray in cabinets, on fLoor, on backslaash and electrical sockets. 16 of 26 under cabinet lights blown. Multiple surfaces not painted properly. 5) 1.25 coming to finally install after being told 1.22, 1.23 and 1.24. Receive call In am oF 1.25 thAt due to torrential rain they can't deliver doors as they were just painted and will get ruined. 30 minutes later receive text to disregard message and they will be there. Cabinets and doors all had to be returned and repainted due to flaws from rain and poor quality work. Workers told us Craig forced them to bring them on Saturday. Now the job is further delayed. 6) job still isn't completed and my confidence is low that it will be completed to my satisfaction. Be very careful of this company..The day they did work had packages stolen which doesn't happen except when they r there!

I would not choose this company. The men show up late and are vary unprofessional. Seems to blame customers for their own problems.

I hired this this company to remove old sink faucet and replace with new, remove shower fixtures and handles ( knob) and install new, remove vinyl floor and install new ( tiles ). The contractor came on the first day, removed the vinyl flooring (two layers), and said he would return the next day to install the new tiles. He returned as stated and installed the flooring. After installation, I noticed gaps between the tiles and the edges were lifting. (I have pictures) The installer said the adhesive under the floor had to dry. The next day the gaps and edges were in the same condition as the day before. I called Brennan's and they sent out the installer to make the correction. It now looks worse that it did initially. The install came with another worker peeled up the old tile and try to apply adhesive again. This caused more damage to the tiles and the edges to lift more. read more

This was the best experience I have had with a contractor, Craig was honest and his guys did an amazing job , yes price was higher than the other guys but I could see why it was higher. The service was great and I will call them back for more work in the future . read more
