I even went into the bank to talk to them and she tried to bum rush me out the door! When I finally got to ask about the issue, she wrote the problem on a post-it note for someone else to handle! (I still have my doubts that it's been taken care of at this point.) It would be comical if I were hearing these stories from someone else, but when it's you going through the frustration... The older woman working at teller # 3 at approximately 11:30-12:00 time frame was not only extremely rude but kinda made a rude remark about how I didn't have a bank account or a social security/birth certificate because I have an abusive mother who also uses my identity for cable, banks, electric, phone bills, you name it she's used my social. So instead I presented her with my Driver's License, fishing license, my DKMS donor card with all my info on it from the state, an old tcf debit card, and an ebt card. (My ins card is on the way in the mail) I offered to have her call my grandmother who wrote the check (her phone number is in their system) "nope, nope,nope" she says back to me. Also, get this the check was only for $30! It's Not like a huge amount of money. Even after however many issues, things with my name on it either from the government or other old banks, she says no. I offer to bring in a piece of mail, that's a no. Then after all her rudeness and this hassle &everything I told her about not being able to have an account because I don't trust my mom she has the audicity to say "go take this to you own bank. " I replied with " I wouldn't be here trying to cash it if I already had a bank set up at a different branch or bank. ". Needless to say I'm not coming back. This location is trash, unless something is done and made right I will make sure my family and the family business no longer bank with them or cash their checks here.( Which is almost daily) If you don't like working with customers than you shouldn't be a bank teller. Us Bank in general (not this specific branch)…read more Here is how US Bank is helping their customers in this time of need: They are offering a 3 to 6 months forbearance for your mortgage and at the end of that forbearance you must pay those payments in full within three months. (That would require me to pay back $10,410 within three months on top of the normal payment. (Ha! Let me pull that out of my backside for you) If you were not able to pay that back within three months you will need to apply for a loan modification, which is where they can adjust your interest rate (make it higher) You will then be put in a hardship program, which affects your credit and you will have a credit counselor to help you figure out how to pay this back; if you are not able to do that then they can help you apply for a short sale on your home. No other large financial mortgage company is requiring this of their customers; US Bank you are nothing but a joke, do not get a home mortgage with them!
