Established in 2011.

Located within the Southwood Plaza. Breit Touch Massage & Bodywork started out offering general massage therapy services for anyone who wished to receive a massage. It has since geared it's mission and philosophy to help those in the area who suffer from chronic pain, whether from an injury or from life in general, as well as those who wish to incorporate alternative/holistic treatments into their wellness regimen. Her continuing education courses include: -Strains/sprains -Head & neck relief -Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT); Full-body certified since May 2016 -Reiki (Master/Teacher) -Therapeutic grade essential oils (Young Living). -Raindrop Technique -VitaFlex

Meet the Business Owner: Ashley H.

Ashley was born and raised in Detroit Lakes, MN and now resides in the Fargo/Moorhead area. She obtained an AAS in both Massage Therapy and Cosmetology Business from MN School of Business (now Globe University) in 2011; graduating with highest honors in both degrees. She truly enjoys helping others in any way that she is able to, which is what led her into her career as a Massage Therapist. She one day hopes to open a Wellness & Rehabilitation clinic here in the Fargo/Moorhead area that includes physical therapy, aromatherapy, energy work, and other alternative and holistic type services in addition to the massage therapy type services. To help reach that goal, she recently graduated Suma Cum Laude from MSUM, earning her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, & eventually will pursue a physical therapy degree. Some things she enjoys outside of her career include spending time with friends & family, traveling, watching movies, listening to music, & watching football.
