She extended the darker colour too far which completely ruined the "blonde look" also didn't really want to give me much highlights because she claimed it would "ruin the look I'm going for. The look I was going for was what was in the picture. This was not what I asked for!!

I generally go to Elkie or Barbara when I go and I've never had a bad haircut here. The shop isn't big but it's bright, clean and welcoming. You're offered a consultation before your hair is washed and cut. Tea or coffee is available. There is free parking out the front for customers. It's also really close to the bus stop and just a short walk from the Dart. Not sure how much it is to get your hair coloured but a cut and blow dry is €45 or €35 if you're a student. I don't feel I can give a full five stars as I haven't used all the services they offer.

I have requested for the manager ( Susie ) to call me last Thursday and today after two requests I still haven't heard back. There website states that you will be talked through a home care routine this did not happen. Also an email from a staff member state they would refund me 34 euro as a good will gesture firstly I was over charged and secondly I did not ask for toner to be applied. Stay away from this salon unless you are willing to be over charged. Also I left a review on their facebook stating I love the colour of my hair but felt pricing and having to ask for itemised receipt was wrong. I am now blocked from all their social media as that is obviously the way they deal with complaints.
