I'm not ven sure who I was dealing with directly but they gave me some very sound advice after my car mirror had been kicked off. A dealer quoted me €500 to have this replaced and fixed. Auto trailor parts were sympathetic and very helpful, they directed me to source a second hand part for much cheaper and then fixed it for €10, (while another mechanic quoted me €40 for the same job!). The guy who fixed my mirror even refused to take a tip! I would recommend their services to anyone now and am grateful that there was no attempt to rip me off like the others had. Great service!!

I over heard a man come in for a sealer gasket for a 1980s triumph spitfire and mick goes yeah we hav that in stock. Its a real car parts shop not many left they dont do modified cars they are a genuine motor factors. So what ever u need from filler to a bulb to a specific sized nut or bolt call in or call them.

I got an email saying it was a frequently returned item and they would be in touch to make sure it was the correct item before sending. This never happened and they sent it out without checking. Jerzy in customer services response was that I had received what I ordered and they had fulfilled their end of the "contract". I have never heard this phrase used by a customer service person who I would have thought should be trying to help!!! He said I could return the item at my own expense which I have now done and will never shop with them again!
