This is a review of Brax.com - online purchase. Brax.com does not allow reviews on their site. The company does not strand behind it's free return policy. I purchased 2 pairs of pants which did not fit so I returned via UPS using the enclosed labels for free returns. These returns were shipped to Germany. A few weeks later I received a bill of just under $300 from UPS because they say they the "prepaid" label said I was to be charged. Now UPS is threatening to close my UPS account and and start collection activity I have sent copies of the UPS bill several times to Brax using their customer portal, had several phone calls, and have never had a single constructive response. read more
