We offer a range of personalised chef services and boutique catering events to our clients. This includes private dining dinner parties, barbecues, canapé and bowl food events, hire a chef just to cook or we can even travel with you to any destination worldwide. Our key team players are professionally accredited in the field of culinary arts and have a wide ranging industry experience to ensure that you receive the highest possible standard of service. Based in Marbella, Spain and founded in 2010, the team at Bravura are incredibly passionate about using fresh, local, fair-trade and above all quality produce.
History
Established in 2010.
James Alexander began his career in the kitchens of the Runnymede Hotel and Spa in Surrey. Realising his natural flair and passion for food James went to Westminster College where he gained the UK s highest diploma in culinary arts. While at college he also reached the regional finals of the Nestle Toque D or and won a gold medal in the Electrolux five nations menu challenge at Hotelympia. Since the beginning of his career James has worked in many fine dining establishments alongside some of Britain s most acclaimed chefs such as Marcus Wareing at L oranger and John Williams at Claridges in London. Since moving to Costa del Sol he has worked in some of the best restaurants including James Hewitt s Polo House and with Jean-Cristophe Novelli.
