Great proffesional service. Their treatment plan is clear and very well presented. I highly recommend this place for any and all dental issues.

My teeth before bravo dental

This office really changed my teeth, I have a perfect smile now. The manager is amazing, don't listen to the negative reviews, there are rules in all offices and people with the negativity expect to get their way without being on time or only telling their side of the story. The office was very clean, nice big windows so you don't feel trapped (I get claustrophobic so a big plus), and you can feel confident they're work is done right. Izzy was AMAZING, I was extremely nervous but she was so kind and kept me so calm. She kept me informed as to what sensations I would feel as the doctor was performing the root canal. This helped me keep calm and breeze through the procedure.

They diagnosed my problem within minutes, and offered a solution right then and there. Izzy and Sanna are both so warm and assist Dr. Goldfaden beautifully. I had a root canal which took about an hour and a half. Once the numbing medication went in, I didn't feel a thing. It was a relatively easy procedure. I was very impressed that they called to follow up and check on me the next day and offered their cell phone numbers to call over the weekend if I needed anything. They truly care about their patients. One more note... I found the office to be clean and comfortable and the chairs had extra padding and were very nice. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs a root canal.

His staff was mostly very polite, Dr. Lane was friendly and polite. He gave me a quick exam, looked briefly at the numerous X-rays they kept taking over and over , and then told me he was going to call my dentist so they could decide what to do. Huh? Do I get any say in the matter? When he came back after speaking with my dentist, he would not explain or justify his recommending a retreat, gave only brief non-informative answers to my questions, and after 5 minutes asked, "So, when do you want to have it done?" Although he does have high end equipment (microscope, laser,) and appears to be very competent and experienced, pricing of $2250 for the procedure was outrageous! By contrast another endodontist I saw a few weeks later spent over an hour with me, took X-rays and a CT scan, explained to me exactly why he was recommending what he was, told me of the prognosis, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and I left with a full understanding of my options . . . From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is professional, welcoming, and genuinely treats you like family. The office is exceptionally clean, which I absolutely love. There isn't a speck of dust anywhere -- and trust me, I noticed (I have OCD). The dentist herself is incredibly straightforward and honest. She doesn't beat around the bush and will never have you waste your money on treatments you don't need -- unlike many other places. She truly has your best interest at heart. Most importantly, before coming here I wasn't confident enough to smile. Now, thanks to the amazing care they provided, I feel confident again and can finally smile without hesitation. This office truly gave me back the confidence I was missing. If you haven't experienced them for yourself yet, you really should. Don't just take my word for it -- go see how fantastic they truly are.

I have to say that from the moment I called to make the appointment, I felt welcomed into this hidden gem. Annie was very helpful and worked with me to find an appointment that fit my busy schedule. She is very knowledgeable and explained my insurance and financial responsibility clearly. She also offered different options and payment methods, which I truly appreciated. The day before my appointment, I received a phone call from Paul. He welcomed me to the practice and reminded me of my appointment time and the office location. He was very friendly. To my surprise, when I arrived at the office, he knew exactly who I was, and that made me feel important and valued. Like many people, I was nervous about going to the dentist--until I met Mafe, my hygienist for the day. She helped calm my nerves right away. She completed my intake, took my X-rays, and I have to say that Sonrisas Dentales has top-of-the-line X-ray technology. I already knew this because I had researched the office beforehand, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that Dr. Viviana has many educational videos where she explains what to expect in different dental situations. I believe that a dentist who takes the time to educate their patients is a dentist who truly cares. Mafe did my cleaning, and she was extremely gentle. I felt very well taken care of. I also met Daniela, Dr. Viviana's dental assistant. She was very attentive and gentle, and she contributed to the warm, caring environment that I experienced throughout my visit. When I met Dr. Viviana, she greeted me with a warm smile. We talked about my medical conditions and how they affect my dental care. She put me at ease and reassured me that everything would be okay. Throughout the visit, I felt as if I had known her for a long time--we talked about different topics, joked around, and she even made me laugh and forget where I was. All of this happened while she continually made sure I wasn't experiencing any discomfort. She explained in detail the findings from my dental exam and provided clear recommendations to address specific issues. She also pointed out the areas that needed immediate attention and created a personalized care plan tailored to my exact needs. Overall, my visit to Sonrisas Dentales was the best experience I have ever had in a dental office.

But, not job was done by either one of these two Dentists on 12/4,5/24 for those dates that she billed to my Dental Insurance under fraud. When I came in for my appointment with Dentists Marcella Echevery on 12/4/24, she never came into the room to meet with me. Instead, the front desk woman that goes by two names "Christina/Jeneffer", came in and told me " Dr. Marcella is busy, I am the one taking care about your crown". Same woman that just checked me and only works the front desk. Yes, the one that works the front desk and obviously without a license to see patients there. Dr. Marcella was busy with another patient she told me. And She began by stocked into my mouth the tray completely full and loose stuff and she put it into my mouth in the upper jaw, and she was pressed it very hard. In few minutes I began to feeling uncomfortable like unable to breathe I tried to motion her with my hands because she had me with my mouth wide open while she was pressing very hard on the tray and I felt like that stuff was dripping down over my tongue over the lower jaw and like unable to breathe. Then she pulled the tray out my mouth but it came out empty without the mold, the whole material for the mold had dried out but attached to my teeth not in the tray and in my desperation to try to breathe I grabbed both sides of the mold and put it down and out of my mouth with both hands and I was able to breathe but my whole body was shaking like in shock. I looked into the mold and the part and on the back looked flat showing the impression of the upper part of my throat that was molded together in whole peace. Christina grabbed it out my hands and broken it off in many pieces and trough it into the garbage can. I told her, I need to see Dr. Marcella now. She left, and Dr. Marcella finally came to the room and I told her, as miracle am talking to you but , my whole body still shaking Christina almost shocked me to death and then destroyed the mold instead to leave the piece for you see. She replied "yes, something like that, can happen, I will talk to her about it and you come back next week I will take the impression for you". I told her, I will never come back to this Dangerous place!!! And I left, and thanks God for saving my life... NR.

My doctor was Dr. Edgar Lopez. This was less of an extraction and more like a pit stop at the Daytona 500. I have had teeth pulled before, but Dr. Lopez worked as though he were being timed for a world record. He used three different instruments as he torqued, twisted, harassed, brow-beat, and finally yanked the tooth from my jaw. Following the extraction, there was no aftercare whatsoever by Dr. Lopez. Nothing. It turned out that, following this extraction, there was a gash in my mouth that exposed my jawbone. But I didn't find this out until approximately three weeks later when I went to a dentist in Peru. There, they found the injury. Though I had returned to his office three times post-extraction because of persistent pain, Dr. Lopez never did find the injury. Either Dr. Lopez did not realize he'd injured me, or he realized it and covered it up. Not sure which is worse. It took three months for the gash to heal; the pain lasted three weeks. I came to calling Dr. Lopez, "The Butcher of Biscayne." If you go to this place and get Dr. Lopez, just make sure to tell him to take his time. Oh, and don't expect there to be coffee in the waiting room on the table beneath the sign that says, "coffee." I think this is just another way to torment clients.
