She kept telling me she would let me know in the next meeting. I was charged $700 for a short "trust review" but received no written advice or findings. During the meeting, I noticed a person named **** listed as an executor, someone I've never heard of. When I asked, she said she didn't know why it was there. After I questioned the charge the next day, the firm sent a new version of that document with the name removed, which raises serious concerns about professionalism. Their written response also misrepresented what happened. I left the meeting feeling completely taken advantage of.
