Totally enjoyed this breakfast buffet 2 days in a row. Better at breakfast than at dinner. My wife ordered this with our suite & it was a huge plus to have. Even the gal who checked us into our room highly recommended it so definitely we do too as well after having experienced it twice. My wife was thrilled when she saw shrimp har gow at breakfast the second day bc that's what she grew up with in her childhood. Back in those days the only way to get dim sum was to drive to San Francisco. We are so spoiled nowadays. It would have been lovely to eat out on the patio to overlook the beautiful view but the weather in the Philippines is very hot & EXTREMELY humid. We come from USA on the West Coast & only experience dry heat. It's a huge wake-up call. You feel like taking a shower at least twice a day. Thank goodness for excellent AC in this hotel. It literally saved us especially around the holidays. Wife did try out two different kinds of congee & expressed the Filipino style was more tasty. I thought it was too plain. Wife said to add all the fixings!!! I guess I didn't do that. Food, service & ambiance was amazing nonetheless but only at breakfast time!

Very good each morning I came here. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean environment. A lot of options to choose from!

Great breakfast Buffett for two, ambiance is quite elegant and service is impeccable!

Enjoying a great reunion for my wife and her family.

I want to say Jessa and her co workers treated us to a wonderful reunion for my wife and I couldn't be more happy than to do it here. There food was too delicious and the dessert was worth the trip coming over. I had a Bulalo soup that you could nurse a hangover with or simply sit down and feel better with while the meat cuts are too juicy. I will rate this place an F for F'ing Delicious. The hospitality was wonderful as Jessa was very accommodating to my wife's friends and to my kids. The staff are so wonderful and we're definitely coming back again. Worth it

    * Price: $50usd per person for dinner which comes with complimentary sparkling wine. The selections are huge and quality. The view is breathtaking. So, for US standard, it is reasonable but may be a but spendy for locals. 4 star. * Ambiance: classy but casual. 5 star. * Location: 3rd floor of the Conrad Hilton hotel in Manila with the view of Manila bay. 5 star. * Meals: high quality food with variety of options from local food to steak. Everything is delicious! Probably one of the best buffet I have been to! 5 star. * Service: excellent! 5 star. Came here with family and friends why visiting Manila during the weekends of Valentine's, so they have special menu for V day with many heart deserts! Food selection is wide variety with many quality seafood choices from shrimps, king crabs, fishes, sushi to local dishes. They also have seafood grilled with your own selections and seasoning. The deserts are beautifully arranged and delicious! It is a bit spendy but worth the money!

They do not have tempura during weekdays. There are no pasta section and drinks are being serve ala carte. The only section i liked was the lechon area other than that, it was a meh

Brasserie on 3 is the main dining restaurant at the Conrad Manila, from breakfast which also has a buffet offering that delights with an extensive selection for lunch, and dinner as well has a diverse à la carte menu offering too.  The open kitchen and live cooking stations add to the atmosphere, and the restaurant features both indoor and outdoor terrace dining as well as two private dining rooms, including a view of the Bay. Besides an international breakfast buffet, I had one of the best burgers I ever had for lunch made to order, medium, and my first time I had a bugger that had an sunny side up egg in it. The tasted, amazing and the rest of my food tasted good also. The service was very attentive and what you expect at a 5 star hotel prompt service to any inquiries you may have. You will also find Filipino food here too , Kare Kare, Chicken & Pork Adobo, Pakbet with Bagnet, Gambas and the Pork Belly Hamonado. Yon need to have at least one meal if you stay here to appreciate the restaurant.

Upon entering you will ask yourself, if you really want to spend money on a buffet with limited selection. Especially if you've been to Nui by Vikings or spiral, but they do make up for it with great tasting food very well prepared. Staff are friendly too, with prompt service to any inquiries you may have. One gripe however, is that there is no other drinks aside of water that's free. Not even simply juice or something as common as pop, which was a little disappointing given the 60 Canadian cost for two. But not a deal breaker, given the famous Manila sunset you will get to experience.

What a spread!!! Located on the 3rd floor inside Conrad (Hilton) Manila. We browsed the menu - if we still need to look elsewhere at 6:30pm after a long journey. My first instinct was this would be a great opportunity to take pictures of the food presentation. But, oh I was wrong. The pictures, did not do them justice, real life is much more inviting. You have to be here, and see them with your own eyes, live and in true color. The taste, amazing. Dinner and breakfast Buffett (both). We didn't have lunch here. If you asked which is my absolute favorite, I would say breakfast. Being I have lived so long in the southern part of USA, my favorite breakfast meal is grits. No grits, but, they had polenta. If you are in Manila or is a Manila resident, try at least once. I believe you will not be disappointed.

It was umy first time here and I had high expectations after reading all the great reviews and I was not disappointed. I love the look of the restaurant and the staff were really friendly. The dishes come in 2 sizes, single and sharing, single is good for 1-2 persons and sharing is good for 3-4. We ordered the Kare Kare, Chicken & Pork Adobo, Pakbet with Bagnet, Gambas and the Pork Belly hamonado. All the dishes were really good, we ordered singles for all and the servings were generous. I wish they had more dessert options but other than that everything was perfect! There is a promo if you are a BDO card holder and the buffet is every weekend only.

Great breakfast buffet! Freshly juiced juices & infused waters, freshly baked breads & pastries, Filipino, Japanese, Chinese, & American breakfast foods, plenty of fresh fruits & salad bar, yogurt bar with lots of choices to add in, even a salmon bar and Mongolian station, in addition to an a la carte menu that you can order from- to have your eggs made to order. Sat at a table with a great view of Manila bay, but you can sit closer to the food too. Wait staff was very attentive.

That was my life then and since I didn't know anything else nor had anything to compare it to, I didn't think I had it any less. The finer things in life were beyond me, one day though my old boss decided to bring my colleagues and I to La Veranda for drinks and merienda. Imagine my happiness when I was faced with items on a menu I knew nothing about. Tuna tartare with mango and cilantro, homemade foie gras (only learned to pronounce it correctly that day), watermelon gazpacho and glasses of wine- it was heavenly; so heavenly that I went to bed that day thinking about my next meal, one that would be so good it would cost a quarter of my salary.

Spirals bar is always interesting and a good pick but I never like to sit inside. The Veranda offers premium seats to a lovely view of the bay. Service is what you would expect from a world-class hotel. The checkered tiles, beautiful central bar, and well-lit atmosphere makes you happy to be there in that very moment. Maybe you would be inclined to sit a little longer and be inspired to read a book... or even write some poetry? Find a nice corner by the window (fingers crossed you're not sitting beside a rowdy family), and you're off to a blissful meal or even a coffee or a drink. A great place not only for brunch but to have a relaxed meeting or a casual date. Prices are expensive but worth every penny for the view.

A Parisian escape in the middle of the city…read more Paul Boulangerie is one of those places that instantly makes you feel like you stepped into a little corner of France. The ambiance is cozy and elegant, with that classic French café vibe that feels perfect for a relaxed brunch or an afternoon treat. We started with their Croque Madame, and it was exactly what you want it to be, rich, cheesy, perfectly toasted, and topped with a beautifully cooked egg. The béchamel was creamy without being too heavy, and the ham was generous. Comfort food, but elevated. For the main, we tried the Beef Bourguignon, and honestly, it was the standout. The beef was fork-tender, slow-cooked in a deep red wine sauce with mushrooms and carrots. It felt warm, hearty, and homey, the kind of dish you want when you're craving something satisfying but still refined. Service was excellent throughout. The staff was attentive without hovering, and everything came out at a good pace, even with the place fairly busy. And dessert, the Strawberry Shortcake, was the perfect ending. Light, fluffy layers with fresh strawberries and just the right amount of cream, not overly sweet, but indulgent enough to feel like a treat. Overall, Paul delivers that consistent quality you expect from a proper French bakery café. Great food, great service, and a lovely place to slow down for a bit.
