We all took advantage of the prix fixe menu, that had a number of options for an appetizer, main, and dessert. I opted for a toasted brioche that was covered in sautéed mushrooms with a porcini sauce. My main was a filet of skate with prawns and a lobster sauce. For dessert I had the Chocolate Paardenburg, which was a chocolate cake with mousse atop all contained in a ganache shell, served with vanilla ice cream.
