I called Brasil Travel many times to speak to Maria, the agency owner, about a refund I was expecting from Air Canada. Each time I called the phone was answered by another woman who took my name and number, and said that Maria would call me back...she never did. It's been three months now and I am still chasing this woman for news about the refund. read more

Horrible, rude service! I was speaking to Maria on the phone; she was rude, wouldn't ask questions to make sure she could give an answer, and raised her voice at me. I couldn't believe it. You aren't the only agency in town, so if you want clients you better smarten up your act. read more
