ALL I want to do is change my change my date for departing. When I did talk to Nick he wanted 950.00€ to change it, Air Canada said no more than $150.00. So someone is trying to make a buck here. Also, Petro has blocked what I paid for my ticket and nobody can change it. This is the great service from peters Travel and tours on Danforth in Toronto. Never again.

My situation started back in February 2020. I booked and paid for 2 tickets (my wife and myself)…read morefor Egypt. We were going to fly to Spain from Egypt as well. The plan was to travel from Toronto to Cairo with Turkish Airlines then from Cairo to Malaga with Air Maroc. However, Emil from Sun-Ray charged me extra fees that I wasn't made aware of. Once all airports were closed due to Covid, I asked him for a refund and he told me I'd get it in a year or two. I took matters into my own hands and called Turkish Airlines. They paid me back with a small fee. When it comes to Air Maroc, he said that they do not pay but instead I have a voucher to use. What's strange is I don't have the ability to use this voucher from just anywhere. They mainly fly out from Montreal. I went to Montreal to their head office and found out that Emil never asked for a monetary return because of the extra fees that he charged me. After a hassle with him, he finally requested the money back (he paid them with a check even though I paid with a credit card). Since I spoke directly with Air Maroc, he paid me but not the full amount. I have no idea why he's holding it. Air Maroc has told me it's not a fee even though he claims it is. He got his cut already and is trying to make extra money! I have been dealing with this for almost 2 years now and still have not received a response from him. He has ignored all my calls. If you want trouble, book here. I highly do not recommend it. I had to take matter in my own hands!
