We stopped in here on Saturday 7/21/19 to purchase a spot light for our helm, hoping to make it easier to see lobster pots while navigating around Massachusetts and Maine. We left early the next morning for Provincetown only find out it would not charge or work. I called back to them once we had anchored and they were wonderful! After mailing it back, they credited our card right away, leaving us free to spend our 100.00 for another light. As full time sailors, we have seldom experienced this level of gracious service.
