He spent the next three days in a bed at Motol Hospital and awaiting a CAT scan. When I called the director of the Little Gym to simply ask what had happened during the class, she denied that anything had happened, and expressed absolutely no concern about my son (never mind an apology). Fortunately, the CAT scan revealed that my son did not have a serious injury. However, a few things are clear from this experience. It is clear that my son was not given adequate supervision during the class. Small children climb relatively tall objects -- so the children's safety depends on very close supervision. Also, people taking care of your children should be honest and trustworthy, I did not ask for a refund or any other compensation. Placing money ahead of children's safety is a very serious defect for a business that obviously poses risks for children unless they are given close supervision by responsible and trustworthy people.
