They may be way out in the country but they are worth the trip.
They prefer to fix your stuff while you wait. How long you wait depends on how busy they are and what time of day it is. The longest I have ever waited there was two hours on an extremely busy day. One day I took an engine in for repair on a rainy day. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes.
THEY DO NOT CHARGE NEARLY AS MUCH AS A SHOP IN TOWN DOES. This is also why they are always so busy. It's also a place where people who earn their living with small engines bring their stuff to be worked on. They do that because they don't charge as much AND they don't have to wait teo weeks to get a piece of equipment back.
I was very impressed with them the day my Troy Bilt tiller broke down. They did not have the part in stock. What did they do? They made a part for it right there. That has been over ten years ago and that part is still working fine on my tiller. It has outlasted the original part LOL.
Last and most important. I have never had to take anything back because it was not fixed right. read more
