On my way in I noticed bikes for all ages and backpacks of all kinds. There were tents set up and hiking gear in one section, and workout machines and clothing for all sizes in another. They had the cutest ballet clothes and they dedicated a small section to ballet shoes, bags, sweaters, and other ballet accessories. I really couldn't get over how large the store was or how organized it was. The fishing and now hunting section was amazing. We went in looking for soccer balls and a water polo ball and left with exactly what we needed. The one thing we were hoping to find that we didn't was a hacky sack ball. I tried asking in Italian to several different store personnel but no joy. They looked at me a little funny and then I pulled up a photo on my iPhone and they said they didn't have it. Either way we are thrilled with the find and will be back many times in the future. We also had a nice clerk walk us through the self checkout process in Italian!!

They're beautiful works of art from the brain of the master himself, Palladio. He inspired Jefferson's Monticello. (Copied but that's neither here no there.) The Villa Pisani at Stra is amazing because of the extensive restoration work that has taken place. It dumbfounded me to think that at some point a family lived here and there were persons responsible for the daily operations of such a large estate. The real gem of this villa though is the fully functional and operational labyrinth. I had a blast trying maneuver and find my way in and out. It was definitely worth the trip!

My husband and I have been looking for a good guest book for our new home and I think I've found the one that I want in this store. They also had gift wrapping paper and cards for all occasions. The staff was very friendly and ready to accomodate in English as much as possible. I would reccommend stepping inside if only just to smell the leather and take a peak at what they have to offer. I will be sure to post a photo of the book upon my return.
