When I had my taxes done I told them that I would transfer money to my IRA the next day. I signed my taxes to be filed. The receptionist then put a note on my file to call me to verify. It was not done and this was explained when I called. Needless to say, I was not happy with the customer service. If you choose to use this company, make sure that you have everything in order and make sure to ask specific questions. I heard from another person that used them to make sure of this.
