5-Stars all the way!…read more We had a lovely and big room. Quiet, immaculate, spacious. Close walking access to everything around the property. The pools, spas, saunas, and wellness amenities cannot be beat. The peacefulness, the soothing and restful nature of the place. It is amazing. The food is included (it was in our rate) and the lunch was awesome, followed by a very filling multi-course dinner, massive salad/fixings area, and a great (huge) breakfast spread. The breads, the cheeses, the juices, I could go on and on. NOTES: - There are some naked areas in the spa/saunas so be aware of where to be clothed and where to not be. - We were there off-season and it was EMPTY. Which was perfect. No noise, no crowds, no packed wellness areas, no food lines...not sure exactly what summer season looks/feels like...but empty was great! - The staff are SUPER nice! - Very close access to the lake (see/sea) and lots of outdoors amenities also (hikes, biking, golf, boating, fishing). Sadly due to other travels we were only staying for a short time, but plan to go back and stay here again! Great destination and a lovely facility throughout!

Firstly, it was clear that the staff members were not enjoying their work environment. I did ask some but they did not accept or deny that. I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable knowing that the employees were not permitted to eat or drink during their shifts. I have seen them buying ther own food or drink like water and take note that in Austria tap water is drinkable. This seems like a basic necessity for any worker and reflects poorly on the management's attitude towards their team's well-being. I can not eat infront of some hungry people. the rest i can not tel i was there just for food. never go back there sorry but i feel so bad for those workers. suche a expensive place should not behave like that.
