Lucky i took it to a much more trustworthy shop and there is a video of how they did not tighten the cap. And looking back at my receipt they charged me over $400 for an oil change. When my car overheated and was losing coolant, Ray quickly diagnosed a leaking hose and repaired it the very same day, getting me safely back on the road at a fair price.
