Literally took about 15 mins in mediation to solve all issues and come to an agreement. I had gone to court 9 times before this, with no progress at all. Attorney Hart charged me $25,000 for doing absolutely the minimum for me. The office staff was nice - that is my only positive comment. AVOID THIS MAN

He said he would stay with him until we got someone. 2 months later I had found someone but they were having health issues. I called to tell him I had 1 more. When I told him who it was it immediately changed his tune and said I was done when I gave you back the info. I said no you told us to keep trying and you'd get us with Boston if we didn't get someone. I asked do you not want to continue, he said I have a lot on my plate. I told him fine. He stalled us another 7 months. With the way the files were returned. I don't know how AGO and the justice bridge has him for help as he is none. But, I firmly believe in Karma for the school dept and him.

I had dealing with him and another party to defend ourselves against false allegations on 2 separate occasions and the allegations were absolutely false and Mr Duggan was on top of everything and researched everything in details and took extra time in his office to go over everything in details to be sure to defend the truth ! I have delt with other lawyers in the past that never put in that kind of effort EVER ! Not only did Mr Duggan go far and beyond his duties but His secretary sat with me unannounced and took her time to be there to collect information and go over it in details to provide the information with the attorney ! Once again I have never had seen or had an opportunity where the secretary would do this they have always told me to schedule an appointment for the attorney because they did not want to waste their time but here she was just as on top of things like Mr Duggan is ! In our case not only did he defend us but he proved the person who filed a false complaint against us was a liar right to the judge using her own word's and proved everything that party said was to harass us and to be able use the complaint on future hearings to smear us against a criminal complaint filed against that party for crimes they were charged with.
