I had come in with a new puppy that had severe issues/reaction from a day after having a puppy vaccine. Took there advice and purchased some holistic products and within days to a week puppy was doing so much better and they introduced me to raw feeding, which has helped her tremendously. She is doing so much better, I can't thank them enough. I'm so very happy to have found this place in Abbotsford! This is now my regular go to place.

The criticism from the other reviewer is pure bias, tail blazers' staff have great pet food recommendations and anyone is welcome to consult with their vet, breeder or other educated professional if they don't believe so. Sad stories of individuals and their pets' health is not a discredit in itself to the validity of food provided. I understand financing is a struggle, in which case pet owners prefer to select more affordable options -- but it's wrong to put down a local small business owner for offering heartfelt advice. I don't believe many patrons of tail-blazers here walk out offended, but I understand why an offended individual is more likely to jump to reviews than a happy customer.

I suspect she was more perturbed because the station was already cleaned for the evening but the store was still open. I attended at this business and placed my order after I went with the clerk to load my order and…read morerealized that my bag of oyster shells was a very large bag when I told the clerk it was too big and that I wanted a smaller bag she told me that she couldn't read my mind and I should have told her when I placed my order. And it only got worse from there as I thought I ordered a different type of layer pellets and she had to swap them out for the ones I wanted. She was totally not customer friendly. After I left was determined to find another supplier. If they were giving chicken feed away for free I would still go somewhere else and pay for it.

The staff is very knowledgeable about all the pet food and will direct you to the right kind for your dogs specific needs. My dog had horrible digestive problems, I went and talked to the staff, they gave me some new food to try and we haven't had a problem since. They also provide grooming in-store. I did take a mini work shop on this through VSB and used to do some massage theraphy on Freedom my dog after walks, however, these guys do it profressionally and offer education.
