The problem with this is that I never opened a storage unit with their business. I informed their representatives of this on four separate occasions and yet I still recieved calls. Their hours are subject to change without notice and they have several incompetent representatives who are unable to make notes in files or relay information about services. Best bet is to steer clear and avoid issues with this location.

This truck feels in need of maintenance It's like steering a boat. An alignment is badly needed. It's guzzling gas, so thirsty. Truck is smelly. Should've had this removed before leaving cause it's taking up space and if the tie is broken they'll have an excuse to charge me extra. Why am I doing all this? For my family of course. But we do we have so much stuff??? An eye opening experience that will serve as a reminder not to buy a bunch of crap I don't feel like moving myself. All my belongs will fit in a book bag and trunk from now on. Thanks Uhaul

RUDE, UNHELPFUL, RACIST!!! These are the best words to describe the employees at this location. I…read morecannot believe that Al is still allowed to work. He needs to be put away and never allowed around people again. He causes an aggressive and improper work environment. He told one of the most polite colleagues, Robert, he works with that he could not help us. We left and came back after we fixed an issue with our tank. Al made us wait 30 minutes, after waiting for 30 minutes we asked if he could serve us. He now found a new issue and sent us to buy straps. We came back and this time he "discovered" another issue that needed to be addressed. When we asked if he could help us after everything, he looked at his colleagues and they started to laugh. While I was talking to him, he walked away. WHERE IS MANAGEMENT?????

Allegedly the cameras have been down due to those tampering with it and it hasn't been recording since June 23rd. My colleagues who have been checking my car after the receiving news of theft told me the security gate has been wide open even after hours for a week straight now. My car has been sitting there venerable for over a month while MULTIPLE property managers worked there during my deployment and failed to contact me about the incident until Debbie informed me. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PROPERTY IN THIS LOCATION!! I've spent loads of money just to get my car out of there on top of continuing to pay for monthly services where my tires and rims were stolen and they've neglected to contact me or immediately fix their preventive security measures. Again, DO NOT STORE YOUR CAR HERE SERVICE MEMBERS!!!!!!
