I never write a review but this needs to be said...About a month ago, I was at the Brae Burn Country Club for a wedding and got Valet parking. When I got my car back I noticed a ding on my car that was not there prior. I called to speak to the manager of the country club when I got home and to let them know. Instead of getting the manager to speak with me they took a message of what happened and that they will give the message to the manager (Danielle Humphreys). I called daily for 2 weeks to speak with the manager and they kept on taking messages and not once did she returned my phone call. Without getting any results or phone calls back, I called the Club and asked to speak with the President, they transfer me to a guy named Matthew. I told him what happened he said he will get back to me , couple days have past never heard from him , called and they transferred me to Matthew and he said that he looked at the cameras and nothing was there. I told him that he didn't even take my make, model, etc., to look into this problem. He said he got confused and was thinking about another case. Matt said he will get back to me in a day or two and look at the cameras. Waited couple more days later I called and they transferred me to Matt and he said that a patron parked there car next to mine and banged into it, It wasn't a valet staff member of the country club and is not responsible for the ding on the car even though it happened in there parking lot. Still haven't heard back from the manager which is very unprofessional and not courteous at all. Nothing was handled with respect or care. Beware if you get hit with a golf ball since you will probably be held responsible! If I was a member maybe I would of been treated differently. read more
