Already when i call any lawfirm i am hesitant because i know the reality that most firms seek to quickly ascertain if your case will be of any interest to them, hoowever when speaking with Daniel at Chapman Law Group i felt as though my private sensitive mater was revealed to a relevant party and though at this time my case is not their specialty, Daniel gave me empowering advice and practical guidance which will help me to procede. I know this is not a quick and easy process, but i want to emphasize the high degree of professionalism which is clearly is embodied in this law firms orginization. They say the first impression can be the most important and lasting. If any future circumstances arose and their services would apply, or if anyone asked me for a suggestion i would definitely recomend The Highly Professional, "Chapman Law Group"

Even though our communication was primarily over the phone, it was immediately clear that Colby is honest, compassionate, and genuinely committed to the people she represents. What truly stood out was the level of understanding and empathy shown--not only toward my legal situation, but also toward the personal challenges I was facing at the same time, including my husband's medical condition. That kind of awareness and humanity is rare, and it made a difficult time much easier to navigate. From start to finish, I always felt I was in good hands. I trusted the guidance I received and felt supported every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Colby and her firm to anyone in need of legal help. Nothing could be further from the truth having retained him in my own case. He was never available when I needed him, spent nearly the entire time vacationing, leaving me to handle several parts of my case without his involvement whatsoever. When he chose to get involved, it came at my expense based on his mistakes which seriously affected the financial outcome of my case. His lack of understanding, knowledge, and how to manage a Personal Injury case was pathetic. I ended up firing him, going to file a State Bar complaint, and pursue him for negligence and misrepresentation.

Thankfully I was recommended by a friend to reach out to Daniel Rossi, and right away he was able to help deal with the hassles of insurance companies trying to duke it out and figure out who was at fault, and how my injury was best to be dealt with. At the scene of the accident, the lady who hit me was very sweet, kind, and apologetic for causing the accident. Unfortunately, her insurance company was not, and while I knew the reality of what happened, her Indy company tried to change the script. Thankfully Daniel was able to guide me through the process, in addition to the quick thought about using my Tesla camera footage as evidence to use for the incident - technology to the rescue! Daniel was also able to help point me out in the direction of some good care that was able to get my neck and back, back on track and start working again. In a short time later, he gave me the amazing news that not only would I not be dinged with any points or at fault for the accident I never caused - but that I would be having my medical bills paid in addition to a nice sum for the injury and hassle that the opposing insurance company was trying to push on me. Had I not reached out to this amazing attorney, I would've had to accept half of the fault for the incident if I couldn't prove it myself, be out many thousands of dollars for medical bills, and not have an extra cushion of cash from having to deal with these terrible insurance companies. Thank you Daniel Rossi, you guys saved me a major pain in the neck, and lots of money!

I didn't know what to expect in terms of working with the driver's insurance company so I called my insurance agent to get info on the process. She recommended that I contact a personal injury attorney and further recommended one of her clients, Daniel Rossi. I am so grateful that she guided me toward Daniel. I reached out to Daniel. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was also very kind. He talked me through the process and then took over so that there was little I needed to do other than keep him informed of how my recovery was going. It was awesome. Daniel and Kate Parsons, who works with Daniel, checked in with me regularly and kept me updated on the case. When I had questions they were available and knowledgeable. My case recently closed. Daniel negotiated with the insurance companies and my medical provider to get me a very good outcome. I highly recommend Daniel and the Martino and Rossi Law Firm.

This will be the first time ever I've taken the time to write an online review. Julia was a Godsend…read moreand I give her permission to provide my phone number to anyone considering her services so I can tell you more. Short Story: Julia gave me great advice, explained everything clearly and concisely, proactively kept me informed, gave me shortcuts whenever possible and DIDN'T CHARGE ME a CENT! I told her I was happy to pay her, but she refused. I hope I never have to hire her, but if I, or anyone I know needs a criminal defense attorney I will hire her. I've been both providing and using professional services business for 20 years and never had such a positive experience. My story: I was arrested for a first time DUI even though I blew .06 twice the breathalizer. As a first-timer I was completely ignorant about the process. I had some pills in my purse that the CHP thought were illegal, even though the Drug Recognition Expert confirmed they were nothing. CHP arrrested me for DUI - alcohol and drugs, child endangerment because my 14 year old son was in the car and posession of dangerous drugs, which is a felony. I spent the night in jail trying to stay warm and sleep on a concrete floor while sober. Not fun. I spoke to 8 other attorneys before Julia all of whom scared the sh-- out of me. Each of them pressured me to hire them and pay a non-refundable fee ($2,500-$3,500) before the 10 day DMV request for a hearing date. I heard everything from "don't call the DMV yourself", to "child protective services could get involved", to "stop talking to anyone else", to "you should hire me before they press charges because I can influence the DA", to :this is complicated and defintely could end up in court," to "best case would be reduce felony to misdemeaor" and much more. Finally I spoke to Julia. She said the case was absolutely ridiculous, I don't need an attorney and they will probably drop the case. She checked with the DA to see if charges were filed, clearly explained the way Marin County evaluates these kinds of cases and -- without promising anything -- she immediately put me at ease. She gave me the back door number to the DMV, told me to call and request a hearing myself and told me exactly what to request (meeting far away and in person) just in case I was charged. She gave me a timeframe to expect an answer from the DA and told me to call her in a few days. Before I had a chance to call, she PROACTIVELY followed up with ME!!! Yes, gasp! Charges had not been filed, she just wanted me to know. As soon as she found out the DA didn't charge, SHE CALLED ME again to tell me the news. But wait, there's more. The DMV hearing was still looming and I had no idea how they would call it. She gave me the back door number and instructions to call records department, and I found out my blood was .03% and I blew .06% TWICE! The DMV told me unless it was .08% it would be dropped. Everything was dropped and I am home free. Nuff said.
