As we pulled into the car wash a large arm dropped down and wiped out the entire back window of the van. State Farm agent in Calif said I had to call my agent in Pennsylvania to process the claim. Chad Jacobson and his staff were on it right away and everything was replaced within days. My husband wanted only a Toyota rear window installed and Chad took care of getting that done. This was a wonderful experience for us especially being out of state when the damage occurred. Chad Jacobson and his employees were AWESOME....would highly recommend them.
