This is honestly the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I stayed in the "Studio Superior" room and it was laid out in a way that was so good, I could have moved in. (For real, whoever designed this space needs to earn some sort of award.) I liked that it was small enough to feel cozy, but due to a cleverly positioned dividing wall you had a very distinct separation between the sleeping area and the sitting/eating/cooking area, something which is pretty rare to see in rooms that are so small.
The bathroom is spacious, water pressure in the shower was great, and the fresh orchids were a welcome surprise. The only real complaint I had was that my room was directly adjacent to the front desk, so you basically listened to people come and go all day and all the activities of the hotel staff. It was totally quiet at night, but if you're on a weird sleep schedule or require quiet during the day I'd request a room somewhere else.
The staff of this hotel were REMARKABLY helpful. I wanted to see a movie and couldn't figure out how to book a ticket online, so one of them just did it for me, paid with their own payment method (for whatever reason the theater didn't take Visa) and just took my cash. This felt totally above and beyond anything I expected them to do, as my original question to them was simply whether or not a movie that was playing is in Polish or English.
I really couldn't be happier with Bracka 6. It's a great place, with awesome staff, in what might be the best location you could possibly stay in Krakow. Being about a 30 second walk off the main square had me at the heart of absolutely everything. Highly, highly recommended. read more
