I was rushed into signing the approval documentation without even being told the amount I would be paying to the IRS or their business and was left taking a hit of 6k unexpectedly less then 24 hours later without any option for a payment plan, disclosure on the amount etc- they told me there was nothing they could do to stop the charge and apologized profusely. They accepted blame for the situation and admitted that the service I got was unacceptable and when I asked for my money back- as ANYONE WOULD when being given awful service, I was ghosted for two weeks before being told "I got the service I paid for" which was no communication, poor management, them admitting wrong in the situation and stress. I felt like I had to follow up with them to do their job and I paid them $300 to just be put in a stressful situation. Absolutely do not recommend, super poor management and awful taste left from the experience. Cannot warn anyone enough how AWFUL Rick and his employees were with handling the whole experience. I was even told they would "rectify it however they could" but when I said the proper solution would to be to refund me for the amount of time and stress their business caused I was then responded with "you got your service no matter how bad it was, I wont go back and forth on that..." so how were they going to rectify it then? A flower basket? Literally lost my entire savings in one day because of them. Rick said in emails he wanted to better work on the business and cared about client satisfaction, but has left me in such a financial hardship and depression with no way to solve the problem they caused. During this entire process I NEVER received a phone call except the last day to make sure they got paid. Literally go use turbotax.

If you're a small business owner tired of dealing with the big-box payroll companies (you know the…read moreones...), TimePay$ is a breath of fresh air. What I love most: Real people pick up the phone. No endless phone trees or overseas call centers--just a dedicated local rep who actually knows my business. Straightforward pricing. No hidden fees, no "gotcha" charges. Their à la carte model is affordable and saves me real money compared to the bigger players. Compliance confidence. Payroll taxes are filed correctly, on time, every time. I don't have to worry about nasty letters from the IRS or state agencies showing up in my mailbox. No upselling. They stick to payroll and don't try to push me into buying insurance, retirement plans, or HR add-ons I don't need. Smart integrations. Because they partner with CyberPay on the back end, they can integrate with the tools I actually use--only when it makes sense. At the end of the day, TimePay$ feels like a partner, not a vendor. They've simplified a part of my business that used to be stressful, and that peace of mind is worth more than anything. Highly recommend for any small business owner who wants payroll done the right way.
