A few deciding factors were: professionalism in their communication and clarifying questions as well as responsiveness. Everyone we spoke to and met were such a pleasure to deal with; empathetic to out situation and willing to work with our very tight timelines. The staff were receptive to our many emails and phone calls as well (very patient)! The surveyors were early for our appointments and super thorough. I also just received a digital copy of the survey (hard copies will be mailed) and it looks better than some other surveys i've seen. They are also one of the few places that offer stakeout surveys as well as location surveys!

My life is a total sitcom. After living in peace for over 20 years, I started having trouble with…read morethe old neighbor to my left and a new neighbor to my right. Frustrated, I decided to hire a surveyor in 2022, both to be perfectly sure where the boundaries of my property lay before putting up barriers, but also as a form of insurance against potential future disputes. I picked Perfect Point Land sight unseen and requested a quote. The quote I was given was reasonable, and we made an appointment. I don't remember what the actual quote was (this was some time ago), but it wasn't anything crazy for this type of job, so I agreed to it. PPL came out to the property right on schedule and early in the morning. When the survey was done, a stake was placed in the garden, and in concrete areas, an X highlighted with yellow spraypaint. I spoke with the members of the team and they explained where the boundaries of the property were in clear terms. But of course, I needed a hard copy, so I was emailed both a .pdf and given a nice print by snail mail, free of charge. (You can see copy in gallery, with information blanked out.) I don't know what the rates are in 2022 with inflation, but if you currently have issues with neighbors and such, it's worth every penny and it's one of those things you should have done anyway if you own property.

The lack of communication regarding whatever delays they were experiencing was highly frustrating. I called multiple times in the almost 2 months it took to get the survey and property marked. After getting proposals from 5 contractors, we decided to go with LIMC for the project. Tommy and his son came by twice to ensure the measurements are correct and their proposal is one of the most competitive in terms of pricing. I wanted to have a concrete base for the pavers because my previous patio was set on regular gravel base and had settled unevenly after just two years. The whole project took about two weeks from start to finish. Tommy's crew worked efficiently without cutting any corners. You can definitely tell that they are experienced with concrete and masonry. We decided to go with the Cambridge Toffee Onyx ledgestone pavers with Mocha Border. For the driveway, we went with graphite colored concrete with pavers circle and apron. The result was spectacular. I have gotten so many compliments from neighbors on my driveway. The blue stone stoops were excellent as well.
